Why The MED Report Exist?
Every week, a new supplement, diet or longevity hack goes viral.
Some are backed by strong science.
Many aren’t.
The MED Report exists to separate those two.

Why “MED”?
MED stands for Minimum Effective Dose.
It’s a principle from medicine: find the smallest intervention that produces most of the benefit. That’s the philosophy behind every edition.
We aren’t interested in doing everything.
We’re interested in doing what actually works.
Every claim earns one verdict.

SIGNAL
Supported by high-quality evidence with meaningful real-world benefit.

NOISE
Interesting idea, but the evidence isn’t convincing enough to recommend.

HARMFUL
Evidence suggests more downside than upside.
How we evaluate evidence.

Systematic Reviews

Randomized
Trials
Controlled human studies that test real outcomes.

Real-world data that shows associations.

Mechanistic
Evidence
Biology and pathways that explain how it works..

About the author
I write every edition of The MED Report myself, sometimes alongside expert collaborators who help pressure-test the science. I spent 25 years working under FDA-regulated biomedical science standards, where every recommendation had to be backed by evidence, not marketing. That's the same bar I hold every edition to here.
